Each year, an elite group of individuals are honored by Toyota Motor Sales for all their sales success, hard work and dedication with the Board of Governors designation. This elite group understands that a successful business is built by keeping customers happy. To be considered for the Board of Governors award, a dealership must be among the top 60 dealers in non-fleet vehicle sales volume, must be in operation for the entire year, plus numerous other requirements. These high standards ensure that a Board of Governors dealer is committed to your customer satisfaction.

Each year, Toyota Motor Sales recognizes its best Customer Relations dealerships with the prestigious Customer Relations Excellence Award. This award is presented to dealerships that have demonstrated a commitment to maintaining Toyota’s highest standards for customer satisfaction. One of Toyota’s primary goals is to emphasize the entire ownership experience. We want to help ensure that our customers are satisfied not only at the time of purchase, but as long as they own their vehicle. Offering top quality cars and trucks is, of course, the first step – but only the beginning. Toyota dealerships strive to match the quality of our products with the finest service in the industry. In order to qualify for the Customer Relations Excellence Award, dealerships must excel in a series of categories focused on increasing your satisfaction with both the sales and service of your Toyota vehicle.

eBusiness Elite Award

eBusiness Elite Award

Every year, Toyota recognizes its finest dealerships with the prestigious eBusiness Elite Award. It’s the highest honor a dealership can receive, and is only awarded to those dealerships that have demonstrated high standards for eBusiness tools, processes, and customer satisfaction. In order to qualify dealerships must excel in promptly responding to consumer emails, providing upfront pricing, answering all questions thoroughly and honestly, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Each year, an elite group of individuals is honored by Gulf States Toyota,Inc. for their sales success, hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction with the prestigious Pinnacle Club Award. These award winners understand that a successful business is built by keeping customers happy. No one knows that better than the Pinnacle Club members. To be considered for the Pinnacle Club award, dealership must be among the top 20 dealers in non-fleet vehicle sales volume, must be in operation for the calendar year, plus numerous other requirements. These high standards ensure that a Pinnacle Club dealer is committed to your customer satisfaction.

President's Award

This award is presented to dealerships that have demonstrated a commitment to maintaining Toyota’s highest standards for customer satisfaction, training, and customer-friendly processes.

In order to qualify for the Service Excellence Award, dealerships must excel in a series of categories focused on increasing your satisfaction during your Toyota Service experience. Dealerships who earn this award have trained Certified Service Managers as well as continuous technician training to ensure the highest quality work on your Toyota vehicles.

President's Cabinet Award

Toyota recognizes its highest ranking Toyota dealerships with this exclusive President's Cabinet Award. It is a prestigious honor tied to sales and customer-satisfaction measures and reserved for this group of elite dealers who are meeting the stringent requirements of this award. These dealers are the high-volume dealers who are also doing the best job of taking care of their customers. To be selected, dealers must be a member of Toyota's "Board of Governors" that includes the nation's top 60 dealerships as measured by sales volume and among the top 12 dealerships in the Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) performance. The award is bestowed annually.
