It recognizes dealerships for operational superiority, high-volume sales and outstanding customer satisfaction. Board of Governors

           

Each year, an elite group of individuals is honored by Toyota Motor Sales for all their sales success, hard work and dedication with the Board of Governors designation. This elite group understands that a successful business is built by keeping customers happy. To be considered for the Board of Governors award, a dealership must be among the top 60 dealers in non-fleet vehicle sales volume, must be in operation for the entire year, plus numerous other requirements. These high standards ensure that a Board of Governors dealer is committed to your customer satisfaction.

DealerRater's 2020 Consumer Satisfaction Award - 5 Years In A Row


The Consumer Satisfaction Award is only awarded to dealerships with a minimum of 4.0 rating on DealerRater speaking to complete consumer satisfaction. In addition, dealerships must meet the top 10% in U.S. within their franchise as well as the top in the U.S. for used car dealerships based on PowerScore. Fred Haas Toyota World has won this award every year since 2015.
